The Boat House is located on a sought-after stretch of waterfront at Corlette. The view of the tree-dotted manicured garden reserve, beach and Port Stephens Harbour is simply divine. The picturesque white sandy beach is a calm water harbour beach, ideal for families with little ones. This splendid architecturally-designed duplex takes full advantage of its superb location. The three bedrooms and loft can sleep up to 10 adults and this fabulous beach house is just 5 minutes drive to Nelson Bay’s town centre.
The upstairs consists of three bedrooms, the loft and a bathroom. The palatial master bedroom has soaring curved timber ceiling, air-con, bar-fridge, TV and a private balcony with sun loungers, seating and a birds eye view of the leafy parklands and glistening water. The second bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and panel wall heater. The third bedroom has two king-single beds that can be combined to make a king bed (nominate your preference upon booking), ceiling fan and panel wall heater. The loft is accessed by its own separate staircase and is comprised of a queen bed, king-single bed and a trundle suitable for a child.
